CAREERS

Victory Partners focuses on providing its professionals with opportunities for long-term growth in a dynamic, challenging merchant banking environment. We offer a strong combination of transaction expertise, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial experience that encourages our professionals to take initiative at each level of personal and professional development. In turn, we are able to achieve our primary objective: to structure and implement creative solutions that achieve superior results for our clients.

Moreover, Victory’s middle-market focus across a broad range of industries and products offer a unique opportunity for Analysts and Associates seeking to build a solid foundation in investment banking. For recent graduates, the ability to work directly with senior-level bankers and on middle-market transactions affords several key advantages typically unavailable at the “bulge-bracket” level, specifically:

  • Broad, hands-on exposure to all of the firm’s core businesses
  • Immediate, in-depth exposure to all of the firm’s internal and external stakeholders
  • Greater opportunities for accelerated professional growth

To fill these challenging roles, we seek qualified, high-caliber candidates with demonstrable track records of academic and professional excellence. If you would like to learn more about career opportunities at Victory Partners, please e-mail us your resume and we will contact you directly.

Our company caters specifically to the middle market. We provide the expertise, resources, and track record one might expect from a leading Wall Street investment bank to a highly under-served marketplace.
