Victory Partners represents our clients in sell-side engagements to raise capital and/or sell part or all of the stock of the company. Victory Partners' principals work as a team with our client's stockholders and senior management to:

  • Perform a Business Analysis of the business history, operations, sales & marketing, product development and financial performance of our sell-side client

  • Document the findings of the Business Analysis in a compelling Offering Memorandum that will be used to approach potential investors

  • Identify and contact potential financial and strategic investors

  • Contact potential strategic investors, develop a compelling analysis that quantifies the synergistic benefits achievable by the various strategic investors and use this analysis to capture many of these benefits in the investment structure

  • Garner written expressions of interest from potential financial and strategic investors

  • Advise our clients with respect to the indications of interest as well as proposed terms and structure
