Dr. Courtney Rhoades-Lazenby brings 20 years of medical expertise and healthcare knowledge to the Victory Partners team. Having worked in multiple hospitals as a practicing surgeon and head of robotics training in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN), Dr. Rhoades-Lazenby is an expert at analysis and execution. Currently a member of the Physicians Associates of Southwest Dallas at Methodist Health Systems, she is responsible for Resident education, training, and mentoring. Additionally, she serves as the Robotics Curriculum Director and Clinical Competency Committee Chair.
For over 10 years, Dr. Rhoades-Lazenby was an OB/GYN Physician at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland where she specialized in Robotics Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgical techniques for gynecological surgery. Dr. Rhoades-Lazenby has worked oversees in Kuwait as a member of Johns Hopkins International in reporting the clinical structures and processes of Al-Adan Hospital.
Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Courtney has conducted multiple research studies on topics from tracking weight gain, blood pressure, and glucose metabolism during pregnancy to testicular vascular permeability and the effects of experimental lesions associated with impaired testis function. She is licensed to practice in both Texas and Maryland.
