Sarah Hutchinson is an Operating Partner with Victory Partners. Ms. Hutchinson has over 15 years’ experience managing large scale global operations, leading corporate strategy teams and consulting within the financial services industry and focuses on providing consulting services within the healthcare industry to proton therapy centers in various stages of development.
Ms. Hutchinson was the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of Advanced Particle Therapy. In her role as COO, Ms. Hutchinson was responsible for oversight of the broader organization and was an integral player in senior financing negotiations and due diligence, clinical partner agreement negotiations, development of staffing plans and hiring schedules, reimbursement strategy and negotiation, and review of general business contracts for several proton centers.
Prior to joining Advanced Particle Therapy in 2010, Ms. Hutchinson managed large scale global operations, leading corporate strategy teams and consulting within the financial services industry. Ms. Hutchinson held various leadership roles at an operating subsidiary of HSBC, including the role of Senior Vice President of Credit and Funding. In this role she led a global team of 450 employees and managed underwriting, operations, project management and performance analytics and was responsible for a $35 million budget and $3.9 billion in origination volume. In addition, while at HSBC Ms. Hutchinson led a strategic initiatives team and developed a track record of identifying opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Before joining HSBC, Ms. Hutchinson was a consultant for a premier management and technology consulting firm where she managed multiple projects ranging from a post-acquisition integration to global technology initiatives. Ms. Hutchinson was also the Vice President of Marketing, Business Development and Product Management for an automotive finance company.
Ms. Hutchinson holds a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago in Finance and Strategy and a B.A. in International Studies from Emory University.
