BIOGRAPHY

John D. (Jack) Kearney, Sr., is Managing Director of Investment Banking and Co-founder of Dumas Capital Partners, LLC. Jack has 30+ years’ experience raising equity and debt capital, developing and executing M&A strategies, and restructuring & financing debt as a financial advisor to both public and privately-owned companies. Jack holds JD and MBA degrees from Duke University. He was admitted to the Bar and was licensed as a CPA in Georgia. Jack is licensed by FINRA as an investment banker.
