BIOGRAPHY

Kruger Wang has worked in investment banking, private equity, and venture capital for more than 5 years. He has closed several M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deals. His primary industries of expertise are TMT, Healthcare, Consumer Retailing, Commercial Lending, Oil and Gas, and Heavy Industry Manufacturing. He holds proficiencies in financial modeling, valuation methodology, data analytics, pitch materials creation, and data room management.

Kruger has been also working on-site and remotely for his family’s business for 12 years as a part-time and full-time employee. When he started his job there, Kruger assisted in the finance and human resources departments to re-organize the teams and structure developing a more efficient and productive company. He also manages the corporate finance projects, such as capital budgeting and assets allocation. In the later stages, Kruger worked as a manager overseeing the internal M&A division and strategic planning team. He and his colleagues have expanded the business into 15 more provinces on China’s mainland, acquired more than 10 local companies, and built almost 20 factories in those new locations. More importantly, under the diligence and strategic insight from Kruger and his team, the family business has increased in revenue from $18 to $45 million. The board wants to expand the family business and develop a more modern niche under Kruger’s guidance, in order to continue to build the market and grow revenue. Kruger is very optimistic with the future of the family business and is passionate about their strategic goals. He expects he can build the business to a nationally recognized brand in the next decade.

He lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his family. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer with the local team where he serves as both a player and a co-coach. While he enjoys fishing and hunting, Kruger finds pleasure being at home playing chess and reading books with his wife. However, a new hobby has caught his eye upon joining the Victory Partners team – playing golf.
